Free Shipping on orders US$39 / 36.52€ / CA$52.44 / £31.47 / AU$60.42 and over

We ship orders to all US states and territories, PO boxes. Districts including Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska, Guam, APO/FPO and insular areas of the United States have a fixed shipping fee of US$9.99. Shipping time is 10-15 business days. These districts are unavailable for free shipping on orders over US$39.

Shipping Methods

As part of our products are pre order items, so we only provide Standard Shipping to United States and other countries. Express Shipping and Next-Day Shipping is unavailable. If you want to get your order in 7-12 business days after placing orders, please only choose products marked with "In stock items" which can be found on descrption of the product page.

For In-Stock Products

After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc.

The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

For Pre-Order Products

If your order has pro-order items, we will need 5-15 days to prepare for the items before the shipment. If your order has only one pre-order item, your order will be arrived at the date stating on the description of this pre-order item. If your order has 2 or more pre-order items, your order will be arrived at the date stating on the description of the pre-order item which is with the later date.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax is free to the US and other countries. 

Shipping Status

You will receive an email informing you that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number. Information about any back ordered or canceled items will be included in a separate email. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on "Orders" to review order status and to obtain a tracking number. We may ship your order with separate packages, items that have inventory will be shipped first.
