At SheShow, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to be carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.

30 Day Returns Warranty

Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately.

How to Reach Us

Contact us and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and product name. If you received a defective, incorrect, or not-as-described item, please send us clear pictures or videos of the problem.

Our Solutions:

1. SheShow's Responsibility:
If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund.
Once we receive the item, we will make full refund your shipping fee to our warehouse or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when SheShow is responsible for shipping the wrong item/size, products with quality issues, shipping to the wrong address.

2. Customer's Responsibility

Incorrect Order (size or item)

If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees for both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will make refund only for the item price, not including the shipping fee.

Incorrect Order (wrong address)

If the customer was using a wrong address and not getting the order, we 're unable to make refund. Anyway, we can give a big discount for you to buy again. Please make sure to use the correct address in the next order. Please contact us and get the coupon.

Unwanted Item

If the customer decides that they no longer want the item, they can report this to us within 3 days of receiving the product.

Didn't Receive Items

If the tracking says delivered, and you don't receive the package, please check at your mailbox, front door, or any other places the package would be. Otherwise, you will have to report losses to the post office or police station. SheShow is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If you still can't get the package, please contact us.

If the package was undelivered because of incorrect/ incomplete address, unclaimed, or refused, we 're unable to make refund. Anyway, we can give a big discount for you to buy again. Please make sure to use the correct address in the next order. Please contact us and get the coupon.

Important notes about Returns

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without an RMA form will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
Please use a paper to write your original order number and our store name and put in your returned package.
We do not accept returns on swimwear, and discounted items, unless a customer received a wrong item or the item was faulty.

Compensation time-frame

For returned items, we will need 1-3 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
Credit card / Apple pay / Google Pay refunds: Between 3-7 business days
